Every kilometre on the platform is verified once and only once. Run the simulation to follow a single activity from the wrist to the leaderboard.

Device activity
A 8.4 KM run is recorded on the athlete's watch.

Provider sync
The provider pushes the activity to SportScene via OAuth.

Ingestion
Distance, duration, pace, heart rate and GPS trace are normalised.

Validation
Plausibility checks on pace, elevation and timing anomalies.

Duplicate detection
Time, distance and route are matched across all connected sources.

Credit
The activity is credited once, to the athlete and their community.

Leaderboard update
Community, city and challenge leaderboards recalculate.
